Workflow to add a task directly from Slack to create a Card with "XYZ" information?

Hi @kelly.parks! Are you familiar with how to create a card from within Slack? Or do you mean it would be helpful to add some sort of task queue functionality in Guru, similar to the Q&A feature we have in the browser extension and web app?

Task queue since sometimes the card might not be ready for everyone to view!

I know your team is already using our API to sync your help center into Guru, So I thought this use case @tamara.lewis & @laurie.toomey built may be a viable solution! Tamara and Laurie were able to build a Content Submission workflow from Slack into a "Submissions Drafts" collection using Slack Workflows, Zapier, and Guru's API.
