Publishing Workflow - see changes?

We just implemented a publishing workflow for the first time. When a approval request comes into my drafts for an edited card, is there a way to see what changes they made compared to the existing card? Similar to when you verify?

Confirmation of Knowledge

Hey allNew to Guru. We are looking for an all in one solution to provide our small company with an intranet of sorts to aid productivity and share updates AS WELL AS a way to onboard new team members and provide training and guidance.I have really enjoyed exploring Guru so far. I have requested a sales call, but no answer as of yet to book that in.One issue we have is we really do need to test the knowledge and understanding of our team members particularly when it comes to safety critical operating procedures. Whilst we are able to organise and document these elegantly through different libraries and cards, Guru is definitely lacking that “quiz” function to be able to get a confirmation of that team member’s understanding that we can track and record.One work-around I have seen is to make the group that needs to stay current with that operating procedure the expert for that card, and set the verification frequency to how often we need them to refresh their understanding. Where can I view the full message when I’m added as a collaborator in Teams?

Hi All, My team is adding more content each day, very exciting! When a draft is shared with me and I am notified in Teams, I’m unable to read the full comment as there is no expand or “more” button from the Teams window. Where else can I go to read the message? TIA!

Has there been discussion about ability to Bulk upload .csv to create a new group?

Feature Request: CSV Upload for Group CreationContextBecause Guru doesn’t support card-level permissions, groups are essential for controlling access to specific content. Recently, we needed to share a policy with 250+ users and had to create a dedicated group.ChallengeManual user entry is error-prone due to formatting issues (names, commas, emails) when attempting copy/paste of excel lists. To work around this we created an Active Directory (AD) group outside Guru and synced it, but it didn’t feel practical.RequestAdding a CSV upload option for group creation would make this process faster and more reliable. Are there better alternatives we should consider?

Websites as agent sources

Currently websites can be added to Agents , BUT this is only for activating the agent on a website. This is quite deceiving.  Can we start the discussion to  Rename the current Websites to “Webpage assist”  Add the ability to nominate websites that are actual sources of dataThe benefit here is that for a specific agent (eg one for technicial support) , can take information from supplier support pages, bringing in very specific accurate data

Confused about Collection Token and Searching

I tried the endpoint that was suggested (GET https://api.getguru.com/api/v1/folders/iq9zL8rT/items) using my Collection token authentication (Collection ID: 8ioty as username, Collection token as password) but I'm getting a 401 Unauthorized error.Here's the exact curl command I'm using:curl -u 8ioty:COLLECTIONTOKEN "https://api.getguru.com/api/v1/folders/iq9zL8rT/items" -D -The only endpoint where my Collection token authenticates successfully is /collections/8ioty/export (though it returns 405 Method Not Allowed since it expects POST).What I’m trying to do is pull cards from a folder, within a collection to a Chrome extension side panel (in order to continue our workflow without having to leave the tab). I’m also trying to search the Guru collection. I am definitely using the correct key for the specific collection From what I understand, I’m using the correct endpoints with GET requests but I’m consistently hitting a 401 unauthorized error 401 Unauthorized (Authentication Failed):/ap

Knowledge Agents Using Too Many Sources

In the last month or two, I’ve noticed that our Knowledge Agents always seem to be trying to reference the maximum of 10 Guru cards, or at least on questions that have been flagged as No Answer Returned. Oftentimes these are mostly completely unrelated cards, only 1 or 2 of them actually being relevant to the question that was asked. If I delete the 8-9 unrelated cards of them as sources, leaving only the 1-2 relevant ones, it does usually generate a correct answer.Was there a change made recently where Knowledge Agents always attempt to reference the largest number of cards possible, even if this means using cards that are less relevant or completely irrelevant?

Curious if anyone else is experiencing bugs and poor quality of AI answers?

Since Guru pushed an update to the AI Agent Center (fka “AI Training Center”), my team is reporting highly inaccurate or nonsensical answers, and I’m having a really hard time using the training center to correct answers or pull in the proper sources. When I try to use the AI Agent Center to “boost” the proper sources, the AI is still pulling in the wrong source and giving an incorrect answer no matter what I do, so I’m unable to resolve flagged answers even though the correct answer is right there in the source documentation.The knowledge agents also seem to be responding weirdly to prompts, so I had to remove prompts and go back to the default esttings.I’ve had to instruct my team not to use AI Answers right now (which is their most-used Guru feature) and to only rely on actual source material for the time being. Is anyone else having a deprecated experience ever since the updates were pushed yesterday (May 13th)? Just wondering if I’m missing something/doing something wrong on my en

More granular permissions/roles

Is there any plan to have more granular roles or permissions in Guru? Currently having to grant full Admin access to allow someone to create pages, and I don’t love that.  It would be great to be able to create custom roles with specific access.

Policy review and approval workflow with versioning

I see a lot of content on draft and publishing approval workflows, but I’d like to know if a really robust policy management workflow with periodic review comments and approvals retention is a capability that can exist solely within Guru, or if you need to leverage the integrations with other apps like Google docs or Confluence?

Feature Request: Add a "Latest Guru Cards" on the Home menu.

Having a “Latest Guru cards” section in the Home screen would improve the browsing experience a lot. I usually read the Guru cards but not always favorite them. I would love to find a section called Latest or similar to know what are the newest trends.

Guru & Zendesk - AI Suggest is no longer available. Does the new Enterprise AI Search surface cards automatically in Zendesk?

Hey folks - I work in Customer Support and I got a new job recently. I got them to get Guru because of the AI Suggest feature. I hear it’s being sunsetted in place of Enterprise AI.AI Suggest was really helpful because it looked at everything on the screen and was incredibly accurate with the cards it suggested. Guru was a repository for bugs, internal troubleshooting, and a sync with our Zendesk Help Center.I just watched the Enterprise AI Search webinar and it was only focused on using it for things like employees looking up how to do a certain process or asking questions in Slack. At my previous job and this one, we get quite complex tickets. The ability of Guru to read that and suggest cards was invaluable.I’m not clear how this Enterprise AI Search will work with Zendesk tickets now, if it all. I haven’t been able to try it yet as I reached out to Guru support to trial the Enterprise plan for AI Suggest so I could show its value to the team and leadership. That’s when I was told t

Hi,We want to move a folder with different pages to a different workspace. We have the option to move a folder to a different collection within the same workspace but not to a different one.

Is there a way to create a page within a collection?

We have a lot of content knowledge that could be great as a page for training purposes. However, I cannot find a way to add a page to a collection. This way instead of searching or using knowledge agents, our new hires could have access to the cards, videos, webinars, podcasts, slide decks and other information they need about a specific topic all on one page with of course a block on cards you should check out for further discovery and deeper dives. This could also serve a double purpose of helping the new hires learn how to use and navigate through Guru. Any advice would be appreciated.

Extension Not Opening

On occasion I have noticed that that the chrome extension will not pop open.  Our team has attempted to troubleshoot in a variety of ways including signing out/back in, opening a new tab, pinning/unpinning the extension. Has anyone else experienced this?  What tip and or tricks have you found to help nudge the extension to start working?

How to bulk upload/create cards by CSV?

have you guys ever thought about implementing a bulk upload feature via csv? for instance, we just launched a new product and have tons of FAQ's that we are putting in one by one. i would love to have been able to put those in a sheet and upload. i could then fill in the context if necessary. this also came up with our CSM team. they all worked as a group to put together plays for objection handling but they were all built together outside of guru. so they then had to put them in guru but wished to be able to bulk upload

Guru Page Product Feedback

I created my first Guru Page, and the page was fairly intuitive and easy to set up. With that said, I have some feedback that I thought I would share: It would be great if we can add in a clickable navigation bar at the top of the page, and allows you to embed hyperlinks to click into specific headlines located within the page. The goal of this would be to show essentially a table of contents (what’s included on the page) and give users the ability to click directly to a specific part of the page without having to scroll.  The Page Title font is way too small and looks silly, if I’m being totally honest. I recognize that we need a title for the page, but it would be nice to be able to hide the title on the page.  It would also be nice if there were some page formatting options, like adding a line to separate topics (I guess you should do that by uploading an image) or headers with different color backgrounds to show content separation throughout the page.

Will Guru ever have the ability to create Knowledge blocks or reusable content snippets?

Just curious if there is any talk of incorporating knowledge blocks or snippets in Guru?I would be helpful if could have the ability to create reusable content blocks with their own access controls that could be added to multiple knowledge cards.  We often have multiple cards that have repeated instructions so if those instructions needed to be updated we could just update the content block once and all associated cards will reflect the change automatically.

Page content keeps getting deleted!

Is anyone experiencing the same issue? We have created numerous pages, whenever we edit one - another one malfunctions - we have already lost the content of two pages and I am unable to retreive the original content that we have been working on for weeks.Guru reached out to say the issue has been fixed, but we have experienced it again this morning.
