While browsing this forum, I notice there are a lot of open requests/questions that are left unanswered, even if they have upvotes.It seems like not everything is seen by the Guru-developers. Which is unfortunate, because I see a lot of helpful requests I'm interested in myself, but a lot have them have been ‘open’ for years. I understand not everything is possible, but if there's no answer, you just don't know if people have seen it. I'm curious how this works, can you have bad luck that your post isn't seen and will be too old after some time to get attention? Is there a way to make sure you get an answer on an old post? For instance, is there someone I should tag or can I do something to signal that the question/request is still relevant now? 

Hi community - I’m wondering if any Guru admins have done some work to sync Guru data/analytics to their business intelligence (BI) tools? We’ve connected our BI tool (Metabase) and I’m trying to identify what tables/dashboards could prove most valuable to our users outside of the OOTB analytics available in Guru. I’ve got some ideas, but would love to hear what has been impactful for others. TIA 

I am new to Guru , and very interested in AI use cases , what people have done , which file types supported in google drive and for which file sizes and etc … The last announcement  from the team was 6 months ago and the YouTube channel seems dead as well  Any feedback will be great  Thank you

How do I remove suggested answers from a channel? 

Hello!  We are a newer company using Guru and are LOVING it so far.  However, we have the majority of our users utilizing the Chrome Extension and we really enjoy the functionality of searching, cards viewed, multiple cards open in tabs for ease of moving between them and the other features of the extension.  We then have a smaller set of users who are utilizing the Front app as their body of work have them in Front more and the way the Front App layouts obviously is basically the web based layout.  The same features we love in the Chrome Extension do not function.  One of the big ones is how when you have multiple cards open and they are in a tabs and you can easily move between them.  Another is the filter feature causes problems when open and limits the full view in the Front App.  Finally it isn’t as easy to find your favorites and agents love that quick easy access in the Chrome Extension.  Our company will be moving to living more robustly out of Front for all frontline agents in

Hi - we’d really like to suggest a feature improvement in the AI Training Center to allow questions to be sorted by Collection. As we roll out Guru to new teams in our organization, we need them to be able to train the tool with this information without getting bogged down in the questions of other teams.  

Ran into this today:I created an ordered list. I inserted an additional item within the list, and the numbers changed accordingly. Next, I indented the new item, and the number type changed to a small letter (as it’s supposed to). Then, I decided to remove the the new item. I highlighted it, and deleted it. Instead of the numbers returning to their normal order, the list item after the deleted line reset to 1. So now I have a list that looks like this:1.2.3.4.1.2.I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. I feel like deleting a line should cause the remaining numbers to reorder appropriately. Because of what’s happening, I have to change the list to text and then restyle as a numbered list.If there are any tips or tricks, I’d love to hear them.

How does custom date work in verification of cards?Will it repeatedly notify the user after the chosen date?Other verification intervals will repeatedly notifiy the user when the cards are still unverified? 

The options for the homepage your Guru homepage are very limited. This makes it hard to make a noticeable, user friendly homepage. Take Guru's own knowledge database as an example. It would be great if we get the freedom to create homepages like this one ourselves.  I already know that this is not possible at the moment. However sometimes you can use external parties to add a layer on the website, to get more options (API integration or content script injection via Proxy for example). I don't have a lot of knowledge on this subject. Does anyone know if this is possible with Guru and can I receive some tips?

Hello I need your support to help me with a current issue on my GURU collection.I only want the admins to have access with uploading and editing and archiving the contents on GURU the issue is that everyone other than the admins have access to archive and edit the card content in the collection. I need and answer as soon as possible to fix this issue only admins who can edit and archive contents. Thank you Laila

Hello team, how can we retrieved all attachment links through API?

Hey there… I noticed today that there’s an extra line that appears before the title in the callout box display. (It’s not there in the editing mode; only on the final display.)It wasn’t like this until today. If it’s possible to revert this, can you do so? The spacing looks odd with the extra line. Thanks!(screenshot attached) 

We are having issues with Guru taking 16 + seconds to load a search. The team are based all over the UK and not experiencing issues with internet speed anywhere else. Is anyone experiencing the same thing?

I can’t find a way in card manager to find all cards without tags. Only to find cards with a specific tag.I would like to find all my cards without tags and begin tagging to help our team find things better with tags. Is there a solution for this? It’s got to exist and I’m just overlooking something simple.

How I can remove deleted users from analytics reports, or when is their data going to be deleted? Their behaviour regarding usage and announcement is not really valuable for us any more, once they no longer work for us.
