We would like the ability to share individual pages of content rather than having to sync entire sections of our Notion Database. 

Hi, We’re trying to retrieve certain cards from a collection based on whether they have a specific tag present, but we’re not having much luck. Example body below using “search for cards using JSON Query” - if we search without the “query block” below, we get results, if we search with it we get an “error parsing JSON body” response{"query": {    "type": "tag",    "op": "EXISTS",    "ids": [      "TAGNAME"    ] }  "searchTerms": "search string",  "queryType": "cards",  "collectionIds": [    "COLLECTIONID"  ]} Any help would be appreciated

Hello - How do I verify a card but not change the future verifier? For example in this attached screen shot - I am in this group called “guru- guru system admin” but I con’t verify this card without changing the verifier to myself as an individual.I am missing something here and I am not sure what it is.  

Hello Team! I would like to submit a bug report in Guru, which is sometimes triggered when I select and delete multiple words; in these cases, the margins are bugged and the text is displaced all the way to the left of the card, messing with the formatting. In addition:The only way to “remove” said bug, is to go to the previous paragraph, and use the Supr key to delete the paragraph where the bug is located. The bug removal is temporary, as it can appear once again if multiple content is selected, then deleted. This also affects the Title space of the card While it does not appear on 100% of the times we delete content, it can be triggered multiple times in the same card. Refreshing and/or restarting Guru does not solve the issue. Once the bug appears, the Delete key does not remove the typed content, unless it is previously selected. In addition, the Space k

We are trying to use the Guru homepage to share out information about events, etc. We do not have Google Calendar, and it seems like an O365 iframe calendar isnt really that feasible, so would love to hear what ideas people have?

I tried out Suggested Answers in Slack and have three major complaints…It answers every question posted, regardless of whether it has an answer or not. This is super annoying because many questions in slack are not related to wiki/intranet (i.e. “what do yall think of X?” or “anyone have a problem with doing Y?”). It would be much better if the bot would only answer questions that it finds a decent answer for. I am unable to disable Suggested Answers in Slack! I tried disabling it by removing the channel in Settings → Apps & Integrations → Apps → Slack → Manage → Suggested answers. I  then also tried kicking the bot from the channel and re-adding it. Both attempts failed and the bot still tried answer every single question posted in the channel. Finally I removed the app integration from Slack entirely, which leads me to my final complaint… The app was successfully removed from Slack, however it st

I’m not sure if this is a setting in our specific instance, a general guru thing, or a user preference I’ve been able to locate but almost every link in a guru card opens up a new tab (they all have `target=”_blank”` in the anchor element). This is particularly frustrating when I’m going through a card with numerous links. I’ve read through the post When do Guru card links open in new tabs? but I would prefer to not have to install a Chrome extension and also use other browsers. Is there a setting somewhere that can remove the `target=”_blank”` attribute from links in a card?

Can anyone share the most helpful video for training new Guru users?  I’ve seen lots of documentation but would love a training video that concisely shows how to search content, create new cards, follow/favorite, etc.

Hi team!We just published our brand new custom Guru Homepage 🎉We noticed that there is some weird fading of the banner on top of the page which is decreasing the quality of the design we created. The original image looks like this: But when upload the image, it looks like this: Is it some default setting on the background? hi guys, can someone share with me an example of a request payload? 

One of the things I love best about Guru is that the card url doesn’t change if it gets reorganized in folders or collections. Most of the time any linking (in other cards, sharing in Slack) is too a specific card, but on occasion we link to folders because the content is dynamic (either lots of cards apply to the topic or things are always getting added).The on occasion we reorganize and delete folders for better IA. But there is no easy way to find if we’re linking to folders in our cards that will have changed or to resurrect a folder url if it’s already been deleted. (Though I might be overlooking something.) Anybody have a good process for handling these rare instances?

Is there a way to easily print a guru card so that it all prints correctly, it seems to cut off information or doesn't print multiple pages.. 

What is the link to get the latest openAPI spec for get guru? 

Our save to .pdf puts double spacing in the pdf and loses much of the formatting. Does anyone else have this problem? 

Hope that this finds you all well. We are a product manufacturer of clean energy solutions (solar+storage) and sell to distributors and installers.  We have a challenge to reduce our Technical Support hold times for installer who call in to ask a question or troubleshoot their system.  I was looking for specific case studies or best practices about using Guru to surface knowledge quickly to chip away at these hold times. Trying to build a case for further adoption of Guru along these lines. I’m having a little trouble understanding how I should structure my content so that it makes sense to the end users.I need to create help docs for applications usage like email, leave management, database tools, etc. The problem is some of these applications are used company-wide while others are specific to an individual department.If I structure my collections by department, where do the common applications belong? It seems it might be confusing for users to have their application docs spread across multiple collections.How are others handling this? Do you just put all your app usage docs in a single collection, spread them across multiple collections or do you create duplicate boards/cards for each department?

Do you have any tips for keeping engagement high once the system has been implemented and in use for a while. Aka when the "shiny new" feeling has worn off?  2. Do you have any tips around marrying up the way our staff are searching versus tag management success? Would you spend time directing ways to search, or manage how teams are actively searching reactively?

Hi thereI just have some questions about the new version of the answers feature using the question mark.We are in the process of testing it out and have noticed that AI doesn’t appear to be able to decipher content held in images, for example cost tables - would that be correct and if so will future developments allow for this? (My general research outside of Guru seems to suggest it can be done).I am not sure if there are any specific training guides to help us - the only ones I found in the Help Centre related to the previous iteration of answers, so I don’t know if it would still be the same? We would like to learn more about the background of educating the AI when flagging/updating the answers.I hope some of this makes sense - the AI side is a new world to us that we ae trying to get on board with - any further pointers would be greatly appreciated, thank you:)

Hello everyone, I’m Dannte from the KM team. Nice to meet y’all! Sorry to bother, but I was wondering if there’s an option to view more than 50 results in the Search Bar/Card Manager sections. If not, would it be possible to, perhaps later in the future, add this function? While it is not that common, there are times when we need to do some heavy research in the Search Bar, and being limited to 50 results at a time can complicate a bit our efficiency.Any and all guidance is appreciated. Thank you very much!

Whenever you search on a key word and hit enter, you see a list with all the results. For every page there is a preview where the keywords that you used are highlighted. Is it possible in Guru to get the page to automatically open on the section of the page that you also saw as a preview?    

I love Guru as a product overall, but man I just can’t with the lack of a Table of Contents feature! I simply cannot WAIT for them to create it. In the meantime, to the community at large, I ask: What should a proper Table of Contents feature in 2022 be able to do? I think at the very least,Auto-generate a table of contents at the top of the Card Include in the table of contents all headers & sub-headers in the Card Allow the user (me) to hide / show items in the table of contentsWhat do you all think?Matt

I’m finding when I go to edit the title of a card that is also a link on another Guru article, the link doesnt update with a new title. Is there a way around this or perhaps i’m doing it incorrectly?
