As we are creating more and more collections teams are having to scroll to be able to find the collection they need.

Challenge: Collections for subject areas/departments are currently sorted based on title. So to find all collections, related to Product or HR for example is difficult.

It would be great to have a way to categorize/tag collections so that they can be filtered in the All Collections view. This would help to surface collections related to a specific topic/subject/department
