Please develop the ability to link to external sources for information. There should be some sort of generic website scraper that can be added as sources for Guru. It doesn’t need to necessarily scrape an entire website, though I’m sure there could be use cases for that. I’m thinking more along the lines of providing URL(s) to specific pages or articles to then create cards from, including text and images.
Example:
There are times, such as for IT Support, where it would be extremely helpful to be able to link to a service providers knowledge base or help center directly to ensure that documentation is kept up-to-date. This would remove that burden from internal staff yet would still allow that type of knowledge to be sourced by Guru for our employee’s searches.
