I love the AI suggest and knowledge trigger features of Guru, but I would love to have more granularity and specificity in targeting content to a particular question in Salesforce. We have A LOT of fields and processes associated with Opportunities, and it would be great for users to get served content based on interacting with a specific field or element on the record.
I think the weakness of Knowledge Triggers is that there will always be something on the page we want users to be aware of, so having a trigger is kinda redundant with just searching and AI suggest. The net effect is that the trigger badge will always appear on the Guru icon, so it becomes pointless.
I used Spekit in the past and I loved their approach to instrumenting fields with an icon the user can click to get a specific card/article.
