More granular roles

It would be great to have some more granular roles. 

  • Admin being an actual limited role that can add users, set up integrations, and other account wide settings
  • Allowing for editing (or inline commenting/suggesting) of content
  • Allowing for requesting verification and leaving card comments without changing or editing content (great for cross team collections that one team owns but another references frequently) 
  • Developer type role to allow API token creation without also having all the other admin capabilities such as adding users, changing billing, admin of collections and groups, etc.  

We are running into this issue because there are some actions that only Admins can take (like updating groups), but we don’t want to give more people full Admin access. I’d love a “light Admin” type role that has permission to manage groups (and potentially Collections?), but does not have access to do things like add users or touch any of the settings in Team Settings outside of Users and Collections. 


This! It’s also cumbersome to have to remove certain groups from reporting to get an accurate representation of adoption and announcement engagement, so it would be great if those users weren’t factored into those reports.
