It would be great if the analytics for Knowledge Alerts were a bit more user friendly. Right now, if you want to see the info on a specific set of users and whether or not they're reading their KAs, you'd need to create a specific group and send individual KAs to get separate sets of data. It would be great if the analytics for that feature were similar to the analytics section in general where you can easily filter through and get the specific sets of data you need.
