More Knowledge Alerts Analytics

It would be great if the analytics for Knowledge Alerts were a bit more user friendly. Right now, if you want to see the info on a specific set of users and whether or not they're reading their KAs, you'd need to create a specific group and send individual KAs to get separate sets of data. It would be great if the analytics for that feature were similar to the analytics section in general where you can easily filter through and get the specific sets of data you need. 👍

Thank you all for this great feedback! Enhancements to Knowledge Alert functionality is definitely something we consistently hear from teams. Please continue to share your input and we’ll revisit this post again when we’re ready to evaluate which enhancements to slot into our roadmap for Knowledge Alerts!


I cannot begin to explain how helpful this tool would be for reporting to stakeholders. The process for us right now is SUPER manual and we have to export every CSV, rename it, and then build something separate to do reporting. 

Please please please put this on the roadmap for improvements to Guru!
