We plan to assign many of our cards to individual experts and not general non-personal email accounts for greater visibility and transparency. However, we have received a LOT of questions lately around what happens when a person goes on vacation, is out sick, or goes out on leave. I spoke with our Guru representative and they recommended a community suggestion!
Could someone indicate within Guru that they are out of office (OOO) so that individuals who “Ask an Expert” or “Comment” would be notified that a response will take a little while? We’d hate to leave individuals hanging, especially without an OOO explanation.
Similar question, would it be possible to temporarily reassign an expert in Guru?
