Hiya! looking for a way to share out favorites lists directly in guru as links or within the app!

  • What is the problem?

    • At present - you are not able to share out your favorites lists. You can only take a screen-grab or create a card with all those favorited as guru links.

    • Anyone who uses favorites lists

  • How do you solve the problem today?

    • Create a card with guru links to cards that are relevant to team members

  • How would you ideally solve the problem?

    • Shared favorites lists that another user can easily add by clicking a link

  • How big is the problem (business impact, frequency of impact etc.)?

+1 to Kelly’s request! We recently got this request from a set of users, and we think it would bring a lot of value. 

This would be especially useful for larger campaigns or launches with lots of cards, where users might not need to reference all the cards immediately, but they could still quickly favorite the set of cards to reference later.

This would be so useful for onboarding. 

Like Siobhan mentioned, the ability to share a favorite list would be immensely helpful for onboarding. Shared favorite lists would also streamline content audits and any other situations where we’re curating a set of Cards but don’t want to group them in a new Board. 

Surfacing this one again with another use case being when a person is added to a specific group they automatically have a specific favorites list!

This would also be useful for upcoming product changes. One person can be in charge of curating the list so that anyone on the support team can reference it to know which cards/info are the most important right now.
