Our organization has many users and it is not so easy to identify them within the group. It would be great to have the possibility to customize roles in the user profiles, or even better if the ADMIN user could add the information of the role to users in their profile. In this way, when we export data, we could better identify our users. For example, from a user I would obtain the following information:Name: JoaquinSurname: Dalla Viaemail: xxxx@xxxxRole: FR-AGENT / Sales Manager / etc.

Thanks for sharing this feedback! With the release of following Authors last month, we revealed the very first version of a user profile page in Guru. We continue to actively invest in this product area with the intent of adding a layer of employee information. This is work actively in progress and I’ve updated the status to “Scheduled”.
Guru has released a host of new user profile fields, including “Job title”, which can also be used to communicate role. Teams on Builder edition (and higher) can additionally sync with their organization's HRIS, giving Admins and HR a new way to control certain profile fields.
