Hi @Sylvia Barnekow ! This is Molly from Guru’s Digital CS team. Have you tried to filter your analytics dashboards on the “All Members” group? This should only show current Guru users in the All Members group. Give this a try and let me know!
Hi Molly, thank you for getting back to me! I am actually choosing specific groups for the report. To explain: we work with 2 external companies, so I’m sending each the report of their agents. But the deleted users are still in the report. Does this answer your question?
