Hello !
We'd like to be able to generate a form or text for our customer support, which they could use to select the situation of our customers and whose answers would be connected to the Guru cards.
Do you have any solutions, perhaps using AI?

Currently, GuruGPT sounds like it might be what you’re looking for. You can have a more conversational back-and-forth there, which is connected only to your Guru workspace knowledge. We’ve heard feedback like yours of wanting a more conversational element in Guru itself. Keep an eye out in the coming months for developments.

Is it possible to trigger an automatic prompt on the Guru integration based on information from a web page connected to Guru? And structure this prompt as we wish?
 


Hi Jeanne, 

Web pages cannot yet be connected to Guru, but this is also a feature that’s on our radar. We do however have Custom Prompts  which can influence how information is shown in Guru when a question is asked. That said, I’m not certain I fully understand the use case you are describing. Feel free to reach out to us  and we can gather more information and discuss any workarounds, if you’d like!
