Howdy gang! I’m back with some exciting updates from the past month! As always, thank you for the continued feedback and please keep it comin!

Link Directly to Content in Guru Cards and Pages

Sections within pages and published cards now have a small hyperlink icon next to them, that copy a direct link to the section the clipboard when clicked. When that link is visited, the page will highlight and autoscroll to the linked section.

We are currently working on two improvements for this feature which will allow you to link to sections of a draft, and making the scroll/highlight more smooth when clicking on a link that leads to the current page. 

AI Agent Center Improvements

This is one I’m particularly excited about! In addition to renaming the AI Training Center to the AI Agent Center, users can now Archive questions in the AI Agent Center!

Sometimes a question doesn't need to be corrected or assigned to an Expert, and would just end up sitting around in the AI Agent Center, clogging up the view. Now, you can archive questions to get them out of the view and get to inbox zero! When a question is archived, it will disappear from all filtered views besides "Archived" and "Show all" and can be un-archived from the "Archived" filter

The filters have also been rearranged to better match how folks use the AI Agent Center, moving No Answer Returned and Flagged to be the first two filters. 

Managing Pages Just Got Easier! 

From the left navigation menu, you are now able to:

• Edit a page
• Edit a page’s permissions
• Reorder pages
• Expand/collapse parent pages
• Make top level pages child pages and vice versa. 

Admins can reorder any page in the workspace:

Users can expand/collapse pages in the left nav - this only collapses the pages for the user, not the whole workspace. 

Pages can also now be made into child/parent pages directly from the left Nav, Admins can do this with any page in the workspace.

Admins will see an eye icon at the top of the left nav that when clicked, will allow them to toggle pages they're not explicitly added to, decluttering their left nav.

Collaborative Editing for Pages

The collaborative editing that we all know and love for Cards is now live for Pages as well!

Now multiple users can edit the same page while it is in draft mode. This not only simplifies the actual drafting of cards but version control as well - users don't need to worry about changes made to a drafted page overwriting the changes from another user. 

Miro Source for Answers

We now have TWO Miro sources for Answers: Miro and Miro Enterprise.

The basic Miro connector connects to the Free, Starter and Business plans while the Miro Enterprise Connector supports the Enterprise plan. 

The other key difference between the two is Miro Enterprise Connector supports Native Permissions for synced content while Miro must be permissioned in Guru. 

The Miro Enterprise Connector is still in Beta as we’re continuing to test it, but feel free to get started with it if you’re on a Miro Enterprise plan!
