What is the 12 Days of Guru?

If you are hearing of 12 Days of Guru for the first time, starting December 1st until our Holiday Deep Dive on December 16th, we'll be dropping a series of tips in the Guru Community to help you recognize your 2021 impact with Guru.

  • Participants will have the chance to win prizes daily by measuring the Guru metric of the day and sharing your findings in the thread.

  • By the end of the 12 Days, you’ll have all the information you’ll need to complete a Year in Review Card or PDF you can share with your team.

  • You’ll be able to submit your final Card for a grand prize.

  • At the Deep Dive, we'll meet to share our wins, mix and mingle, and celebrate before the holidays!

Follow along with these 12 Days of Guru resources and don’t forget to RSVP to the Deep Dive:

Day 4 Challenge!

Today’s metric of the day is to identify your most popular Cards in 2021!

To find your most popular Cards in 2021:

  1. Web App: Go to the web app (app.getguru.com) and the initial dashboard will display the trust score. You can always return to the dashboard by clicking the 'G' icon in the left hand corner of the navigation bar.DO_+Understanding+Trust+Score.png
  2. Analytics: Navigate to Analytics in the web app (app.getguru.com/#/analytics) and head to the Collections tab.

  3. Change the date range to “Is in the year 2021” and refresh your data!
  4. What Cards are at the top of the Most Viewed Cards section?

Watch this Loom video for step-by-step instructions:

So happy to see that the competitive battlecards my team assembled for the Sales org are so successful! They are far and away the most popular cards in our collection. It’s great to see that our content production is giving the people what they want.

Nice to see that the office updates are visited frequently, as are some SOP documents!

Our top 3 most popular cards this year as the same as last year!

A great cross-section of departments and collections on our list.

Our top cards are mixed topics but fall into the realm of the student experience.

Our top cards are resources for our Support Team – a mix of tools, processes, and product info.

A bulk of the most viewed cards are from our dev team and I think are mostly general content, which is always good to see!

Our Most Popular Cards (current view, since I can’t see from 2021 in general) are listed below. Unsurprisingly, it’s all HR information or basic company info, which is great since we didn’t have a great way of sharing this information prior to the rollout of Guru.

OUR top three cards are Client example hubs (not surprised) and two cards relating to objections for the sales team. It’s rad to see those still being used as we created them awhile back to help our business development team!!

Our top 10 cards this year are a mix of policies for all employees, onboarding resources, product information, and pricing info for sales teams. It’s interesting to see how many eyes were on some of these top cards and see a mix of content in there!
