Chrome Extension closing cards

Question

Has anyone else had an issue with the Chrome Extension automatically closing cards automatically? How can we bypass this?

The Chrome Extension is the main way our staff accesses information in Guru, so having the windows close is a real impasse here.

Hi @MG Tate, I’m sorry to hear about the trouble with the extension you and your teammates are having! Let’s see, when you open the extension and click on your profile icon in the top right corner, then click Extension Preferences, do you see a checkmark for the “Don't warn me when attempting to close multiple tabs” setting?

Also, if the behavior is even more erratic, like the entire extension plus open Cards suddenly disappear, and you’ve verified you’re on the latest versions of Chrome (117.0.5938.149) and Guru’s extension (2.106.4221), I’ll connect you with our Technical Support team so that they can help with diagnosing this further.
