On occasion I have noticed that that the chrome extension will not pop open. Our team has attempted to troubleshoot in a variety of ways including signing out/back in, opening a new tab, pinning/unpinning the extension. Has anyone else experienced this? What tip and or tricks have you found to help nudge the extension to start working?
