Best practices for experts to review questions and cards needing verification?

We are launching Guru next week and curious about best practices for experts to check questions and cards that need verification?

I was going to set the expectations that experts should be checking on Mondays and Wednesday. That might even be overkill but at least there will only be a few day delay at most.
