chrome extension cards filtered or sorted based on knowledge triggers?

I am confused by a discrepancy between what I am seeing in some marketing materials for knowledge triggers and what I’m seeing in my actual interface and settings. It seems like there is supposed to be a management page that I don’t see, and my understanding was that cards were supposed to be selected based on the knowledge triggers to be displayed in the chrome extension. Instead the only thing I can find now is to default to a specific agent based on the url. What I want is to be able to create and show cards based on the url. Isn’t this the way it’s supposed to work?
