We’re trying to use Guru for policy management, employee handbooks etc. Is there a way to record a signature or acknowledgement that someone has read a specific card or section of content?

The closest thing to this would be sending announcements, as you can see who has ‘read it’. However, this probably wouldn’t suffice - only you and the org could determine if this was valid acknowledgement.
