Is there a best practice to prevent the Guru Announcement notifications from going into spam?

@Linda Moore - thanks for reaching out! Yes, the best way to do this would be to whitelist the two domains we use to send these announcements:

  • info.getguru.com
  • mail.getguru.com

Exactly how to do this varies based on which email service provider you use (Gmail, Outlook, Mac OS mail, etc.). I’d be happy to send you specific instructions if you can let me know which one you use?

Thanks,
Chelsea

@Linda Moore - Thought of one more thing! If you have Guru email notifications on, those come from  @getguru.com. One example of a Guru product notification is when someone first engages with a Guru announcement you’ve sent. Therefore, I’d recommend whitelisting @getguru.com too. 🙂

@Chelsea Valente Can you kindly share the directions on how to whitelist for gmail users?
