I am working on the governance documentation for our organization - we recently launched Guru in a first phase to our customer service team.
I’ve dug in to the examples and guidance from Guru directly, but was wondering if anyone would be willing to share their governance best practices?
I am the sole creator for our organization, so would love ideas and input from those who are in the know here.
