For those who are centralizing your company's knowledge into Guru, what guidance do you give SME's to start structuring their knowledge into collections, board groups, and boards? Screenshots of any standard structures you have would be much appreciated!

I have created a Guru certification via LMS (w/ video clips, screenshots, & short quiz) that dives into how Guru is used at our company, how it’s organized, and top Author functionality: verifying, editing/creating cards, etc, including a style guide for how to format cards. Guru’s templates are also helpful for this!
It is highly encourage that new Authors complete this course so they can self-learn and on their own time of how to use Guru and it gives you your time back.
In addition, I worked with Managers to find these SMEs and work with them closer to be there if they have additional deeper questions.
