I’m currently working on creating a Knowledge Center collection for the entire organization. Where we struggled was, every team had their own collection of cards with the same information. It was not sustainable and it was really difficult to ensure information was up to date and maintained. We created a new collection to host all baseline information and enure information all teams needed to know was easily accessible to everyone. My pain point right now is merging cards from one collection to another. The only way I can transfer a card to another collection is to use the “Mange Cards” section but I can not find the cards I want to transfer with a quick search, there is no way besides the pre-set filters to find the card I want. Oftentimes, this takes more time than just archiving the old card and creating a new one in the new collection. I would love to see a function within a card to change the location, folder, collection, etc without having to leave the card itself. Does anyone have suggestions to get this done faster and easier? I have over 3000 cards to review and I don’t have a lot of time to do it!
