Hey Guru Community! If your company uses Slack to communicate, there’s a lot of valuable information zipping through your channels on any given day. We know that it’s difficult to get a holistic view of what your teams are talking about and where they need more help, so we are building towards a future where all the most valuable information from Slack gets surfaced and captured in Guru.
We’re building a new feature that will allow Guru to sift through Slack for you and help surface important insights. With this new feature, you’ll be able to identify trending topics in your busiest Slack channels, view the messages associated with those topics, and easily transfer the content from those messages directly to new or existing Guru cards, allowing you to unlock the most in-demand information for your entire team.
We’re opening a limited, private beta for this new feature in the coming days. If you’re interested in participating in this private program, please apply using this Google Form. We’ll be selecting a group of companies from the applicant pool to make sure we’re testing this feature across a variety of different kinds of organizations. Application doesn’t guarantee participation in the program, but we encourage Slack admins to apply today! Applications close on November 18th, so don’t delay.
