Hello, after using Guru in our environment for about a year, I think it would be great to be able to see all the synced folders for syncs from Sharepoint as right now I am limited to seeing only 100 syncs.  It would also be nice to get alerts or emails about failed syncs so we can know if there is an issue with the connector.  Lastly making the synced folders searchable from the admin menu so we can see what's been synced quicker/faster, that would be great, thanks!!

Icon identification for editing a cardOpen

When you are in edit mode on a card and you go to highlight some text to edit or do something with it (such as highlight) there isn’t a description that pops up when you hover over an icon. A description pops up when you hover over the icon on the top edit menu though.  When editing text: versus the top menu:

Verification Health: ability to click the graph and be brought to the cardOpen

Basically the title. In the Analytics tab, under verification health, there is a graph that shows the most utilized and out of date cards. But we cannot click the graph and be brought to the card in order to request verification. So I have to open a new tab and search for the card in another window to request verification.

Transfer Archived CardsOpen

If you delete a Collection, all cards inside that collection are deleted. There is a simple way to transfer active cards from one collection to another, but to transfer archived cards from one collection to another, you must unarchive all of the cards, transfer them to another collection, and then archive them again. It would be nice to be able to transfer archived cards from one collection to another without having to go through all of those steps. To have the ability to simply transfer an archived card to a new collection.

Bug: Margin misconfiguration when deleting content.

Hello Team! I would like to submit a bug report in Guru, which is sometimes triggered when I select and delete multiple words; in these cases, the margins are bugged and the text is displaced all the way to the left of the card, messing with the formatting. In addition:The only way to “remove” said bug, is to go to the previous paragraph, and use the Supr key to delete the paragraph where the bug is located. The bug removal is temporary, as it can appear once again if multiple content is selected, then deleted. This also affects the Title space of the card While it does not appear on 100% of the times we delete content, it can be triggered multiple times in the same card. Refreshing and/or restarting Guru does not solve the issue. Once the bug appears, the Delete key does not remove the typed content, unless it is previously selected. In addition, the Space key does not work in creating a new paragraph I’m attaching a screenshot as evidence, hoping it is helpful for the bug report. Lo

Event Sharing in Guru via Homepages

We are trying to use the Guru homepage to share out information about events, etc. We do not have Google Calendar, and it seems like an O365 iframe calendar isnt really that feasible, so would love to hear what ideas people have?

Approval workflow - compare to published versionOpen

The approval workflow feature is very useful for our organization, but there is an important option which is missing. Since the motivation for enabling approval is to verify the content and changes that have been made to a card there should be an option to compare the draft to the published version like there is in card history. It can be cumbersome to identify these changes.I hope we will se an improvement in this area in the near future.

Problems with Suggested Answers in Slack

I tried out Suggested Answers in Slack and have three major complaints…It answers every question posted, regardless of whether it has an answer or not. This is super annoying because many questions in slack are not related to wiki/intranet (i.e. “what do yall think of X?” or “anyone have a problem with doing Y?”). It would be much better if the bot would only answer questions that it finds a decent answer for. I am unable to disable Suggested Answers in Slack! I tried disabling it by removing the channel in Settings → Apps & Integrations → Apps → Slack → Manage → Suggested answers. I  then also tried kicking the bot from the channel and re-adding it. Both attempts failed and the bot still tried answer every single question posted in the channel. Finally I removed the app integration from Slack entirely, which leads me to my final complaint… The app was successfully removed from Slack, however it still shows up as installed in Guru. So when I try to reinstall the app it just brings

Disable the auto response in Slack/Suggested answers if no answer is found.Open

I’ve just recently enabled this feature in some of our bigger channels where the customer-facing teams ask product questions. When it does find the answer (via Guru cards or Jira tickets) it is pretty good, however, when it doesn’t find the answer we get: Sorry, I couldn't find an answer. Try rephrasing your question or asking something else. it’s just a week in and I’m getting DMs asking me to turn it off if it doesn’t know the answer. I’m concerned people will immediately tune out the goodness given the noise.
