Hi Guru team! Question from my leadership team -  Would we be able to embed/utilize Guru Answers for our external-facing knowledge base hosted via a 3rd party?

We’re revamping our external-facing knowledge base, not hosted via Guru, and we’d love to explore the possibility of embedded Guru Answers to scan our knowledge base articles and provide answers to customers who are searching it if possible!

Unfortunately embedding Answers outside of Guru isn’t possible.

When it comes to integrating with third party knowledge bases we do offer Knowledge Syncs, which allow you to sync knowledge over from other content sources like ZenDesk and SalesForce Knowledge into Guru. This would allow you to automatically pull that information from the knowledge base into Guru and be utilized for Answers when your users ask questions.
