Between us admins, can one send a Knowledge Alert and the other be able to send a reminder, in case the main sender is away?
We tested it: I sent yesterday a Knowledge alert and my colleague could only download the readership report, but did not see the bell icon.
Can that be added somehow to other admins?

Hi@Fabrizio Vena - with the new automated reminders that shipped today, users will automatically be reminded of their unread announcements. Hopefully that will solve your issue, without the need for other admins to cover when somebody is away. Let us know if you have any feedback on it!
