Adding customer fields to Salesforce Service Cloud integration

Custom fields are key in Salesforce Service Cloud to holding more detailed data.

The ability to ingest those fields to allow Guru’s AI to get a 360 view of the Salesforce Case is crucial to allow it to answer questions through the AI function.

As such, I recommend enabling ingesting custom fields just like in the standard Salesforce integration.
