Hi there. I was looking to see how I can find the person who archived a Guru card. The Help Center article states:

Can I see the name of the user who archived a Card?
Yes! You can see who archived a Card and when it was done in Card Manager by clicking the Displayed Attributes icon (3 horizontal rectangles), then selecting Last Modified By and Last Modified Date.

I’m a technical writer, so I’m very good at following instructions (and writing them). These instructions are wrong. They say “3 horizontal rectangles” but it’s actually referring to the 3 vertical rectangles, also known as the Display Card Attributes button. There is no image to help the reader understand what to look for, and there are no sets of “3 horizontal rectangles” to be found. I’m not sure if this icon changed, and the text wasn’t updated, but it shouldn’t have been this difficult to find the button. Please update the language of the FAQ, and I highly recommend including an image of the button to make it easier for readers. Getting the information I needed took way too long. Thanks!

Hi Ashley,

That’s a great catch thank you for flagging! Apologies for the confusing wording there. I’ll take a look at the article and update the guidance. Much appreciated!
