We use Help Scout for our help desk software, and we would love to see a direct Guru integration (similar to the Zen Desk integration, I assume).

Thanks for the idea,@Andrew Wilder . While Help Scout is certainly on our radar, it is not currently a top priority for our integration strategy as we look to bolster partnerships in other areas.
That being said, I will leave this idea open to see if others from around the Community have a similar need.
