I would be extremely helpful for Guru Answers to be able to pull knowledge from the Org Chart/Employee Profiles. This expands the usability of the Org Chart (since these already likely exist in the HRIS system) and gives our team members the ability to ask questions like ‘Who leads Creative?’ or ‘Who is X?’ and get a consolidated answer.
Right now, our team is having a hard time seeing the value in the Org Chart (even though they know they can search by name) to get answers to their questions. I’d love if this was a a feature, to add to the value of the Org Chart and Answers!
