I recently tried to export a collection in Guru into a csv file by opting for the “card content, details and analytics” option. The CSV file was missing some of the content information specifically for some of the cards the content field returned a blank field on the csv file. Any advice on how to fix this? There is not any weird formatting issues for the cards that have no content. There is no images or imbedded images just text. 

Hello there. It was spotted twice today that guru cards contain twice the same info. example: https://app.getguru.com/card/idqBpkGT/MED-Reimbursement-Policy Is there a bug that causes this? thanks in advance. 

I am reorganizing the organization’s Guru Collections. I would like to link Cards directly to the menu. 

Has anyone put their organization’s brand guide in Guru? Can you share a link to templates?

I’m currently working on creating a Knowledge Center collection for the entire organization. Where we struggled was, every team had their own collection of cards with the same information. It was not sustainable and it was really difficult to ensure information was up to date and maintained. We created a new collection to host all baseline information and enure information all teams needed to know was easily accessible to everyone. My pain point right now is merging cards from one collection to another. The only way I can transfer a card to another collection is to use the “Mange Cards” section but I can not find the cards I want to transfer with a quick search, there is no way besides the pre-set filters to find the card I want. Oftentimes, this takes more time than just archiving the old card and creating a new one in the new collection. I would love to see a function within a card to change the location, folder, collection, etc without having to leave the card itself. Does anyone ha

I am confused by a discrepancy between what I am seeing in some marketing materials for knowledge triggers and what I’m seeing in my actual interface and settings. It seems like there is supposed to be a management page that I don’t see, and my understanding was that cards were supposed to be selected based on the knowledge triggers to be displayed in the chrome extension. Instead the only thing I can find now is to default to a specific agent based on the url. What I want is to be able to create and show cards based on the url. Isn’t this the way it’s supposed to work?

Hey everyone!Some teams like to restrict Author-level access to SMEs only, but are then faced with a challenge of closing knowledge gaps for end-users.  Frequently these teams have a system for end-users to request new knowledge.  I’d love to learn about some of the ways your team is approaching knowledge requests. How does your team request new Cards be created? Here are a couple ways I’ve seen: Use Ask an Expert with specific Expert Groups assigned for specific content areas Create a “Drafts/Sandbox/Knowledge Requests” Collection that grants broad Author access to the team.  Populate the Collection with Board Groups and Boards broken down by department and/or content areas.  Educate the team on how to submit (could create Cards in Guru and/or create Cards from Slack/MS Teams to help better capture informal knowledge sharing). I was brought into the company after they had been using Guru for quite a while. My role in enablement requires me to “touch” many cards, make edits to ensure uniformity and correct wayward grammar. There are literally thousands of cards in our workspace that need attention. Some of these guru cards have recently been verified and had their content scrubbed for accuracy, and then I come behind them and clean up the formatting. Is there a way that I can skip over the designated verifier and just verify the card on my own as a “super user”? There are 2 of us in the company that would need this access. Currently the workflow is to follow one of these 3 options: send the card back to the Verifier and request that they take care of it (again), thus giving them another task in their already busy day marking myself as the verifier so I can take care of it, then set the verifier back to the original SME for the card  set the verifier as a group of individuals in hopes that one of them can veri

I went to Collections > Import Content, but there doesn't seem to be a specific choice for HTML files.My goal isn't just to migrate the text, but to preserve the original layout and formatting of my HTML file. Hello, I’d like the functionality to Name the different Workspaces created, as per their respective company names. Althought it seems like Multi-Tenant functionality is implemented and available for use, I find it difficult to distinguish between various workspaces I have created. Kindly allow the user to configure the name of the Workspace, and provide functionality to switch between them based on the Workspace Name and other identifiers, tags etc.
