Hi all - I’ve received some feedback that it would be nice after hitting ESC or CTRL + W to have a warning asking the user if they actually want to exit a card. Apparently some other tools do this because hitting ESC in particular is a common key to hit without intended to terminate the actual action. Thank you!
Primarily when editing a card having a prompt would be very helpful and not scare the bejesus out of you that you have lost a bunch of edits.
All users of “vi” editor will soon or later hit the escape key, and that will suddenly land in a page with no evident way to go back to the text being edited, so the result is… panic!
Moreover, if the internal format is something similar to markdown or org-mode, it would be absolutely great to have a way to have the source markdown in a simple textarea (or, being able to export/import the text), like gitlab does, so I can use an external editor (for example with the “ghosttext” browser addon) and not rely to the internal editor.
