There should be a feature to turn off "chat with Guru." or to make "search" the default.

In my experience the AI summaries of our articles are less reliable and efficient than the knowledge articles themselves.

For example, one article was summarised by the AI tool in 500 words whereas the original article was just 360.

The formatting was significantly altered which meant that the order that information presented was incorrect, which could result in a team member following a process incorrectly.

Thanks for the feedback Rowan! When you select the Search toggle instead of Chat, your selection will persist, thus making it the default for the next time you search.

Agreed! This has caused a significant disruption on our teams workflows. There should be the ability to choose which one each user would like as a default

Thanks, Noah! Ideally we would be able to set this at the team level, rather requesting each member to d this individually.

In the meantime, I did find a workaround and have completely deactivated Guru Answers.

For anyone else, you can do this in Manage > Workspace Preferences > Disable Guru Answers via the toggle
