The new Guru Chat feature we’re testing in early access creates great messages we could send to our customers. However, we would need to copy/paste the message from Guru to Zendesk, since that’s our messaging platform. I know there is an existing integration with Zendesk / Zendesk tickets, but it’s only one-way and there isn’t the ability to edit or create a Zendesk ticket from Guru.
