Hello! Has anyone tried to link the Intercom Help Center to Guru cards? Any advice on how this might be done would be awesome.

    Hi Lloyd - Haley here from the Digital Customer Solutions team!

    You can sync Intercom articles to Guru via our API. This would push an article from Intercom onto a Guru Card.

    --OR--

    You can add Intercom articles as a source! This wouldn’t include an article on a Guru Card, but would still give folks access to the article content when searching in the web app and asking Guru questions in the web app, extension, and/or Slack.
