I’m new to my organization, and taking over the teams in charge of internal knowledge, customer education, and employee L&D.
While my org has filled Guru with a ton of information, the structure resembles a junkyard.
I’m looking forward to learning some best practices from each of you, creating some new content, and being flagged by the Guru product team as “this guy keeps breaking the software trying to make the cards do things they weren’t meant to do.”
