With the release of the new Org Charts - what would be useful would be the ability to report from it.
Currently, we have the Org Charts stored elsewhere, in workday, so having this in Guru without any additional functionality behind is kind of redundant for me / my usecase. What would make it more beneficial would be to allow reporting off of a group of individuals to see how a team is doing.
Currently, how we do this is have a never ending set of groups that are attached to a number of collections, which is cluttering Groups page.
We have it split on a per manager/team basis, as well as overall region (eg. EMEA / APAC) as well as on a per office level.
What would make this more useful would be to allow us to report from the Org Chart, so a manager can see how all of their reports are using the tool from an analytics perspective.
So a Director would have the option to view how the managers are using the tool, as well as an option to include their direct reports to get an overview of how their team is doing from an analytical dashboard.
This would massively streamline the number of groups that we have and make it a lot more worthwhile to use.
