- What is the problem?
- Sometimes questions come through the AI training center that aren’t questions that have a clear answer. I would love if there is a way for us to clean those up, or determine aren’t priority to answer. Additionally we have submitted questions during training that are not real, and would love to option to delete them. See below - “who is the coolest person in IT? Where do I find rainbow kitties?

- Who is it a problem for?
- Experts / admins
- How do you solve the problem today?
- No current work around - those questions just remain unanswered/unassigned without the ability to clear out our queue.
- How would you ideally solve the problem?
- Allow experts or admins to choose an option that says “will not be answering at this time”, “question is not prioritized” “question is incomplete” - or something similar to clear to queue.
- How big is the problem (business impact, frequency of impact etc.)?
- It will affect the analytics we are requesting team members to watch (# of unanswered questions in the AI training center)
100% agree. We have the same issue.
Sometimes people also ask the incorrect Knowledge Agent. It would be helpful if these questions could be either moved to the correct team or deleted.
Thanks,
Nicole
This is a must-have. There are lots of ‘questions’ that arise from Slack conversations where the Knowledge Agents are deployed. These are not actual questions. As a user, I need the ability to delete these from the AI training center or mark or archive them.
Agreed. I have a lot of agents who ask “questions” that are a single word, or they just copy and paste a customer’s message verbatim when there is no clear question being asked. If we had a way to clear these from the queue and include feedback on why the question is not answerable and suggestions for how they should ask questions in the future, this could be a helpful coaching tool.
You can now archive questions in the AI Agent center using the archive icon on the right of the question. Archived questions will disappear from all lists and can be viewed/unarchived using the “Archived” Filter
