I would enjoy a way to embed a PDF or other document similar to how I can do iframes for a website. I have many cards that are just storing a PDF for access and the cards look really plain with just a link to download the file. It would be much nicer if I could attach the PDF as I do, but also display an embedded preview or full document alongside the link.
The benefit of this is reducing clicks to accessing knowledge. Yes, one click and the file loads, but if we can save a person even one click, then we've basically saved their life, right?

oh, and yes, I know I could ask my marketing team to host the doc on our website somewhere, etc etc. I want to avoid that step with this idea.
you can embed pdfs! it does require the author to upload the pdf to the card, but from there you can take the link and use that for iframe

wait.....so I can upload a PDF as a file....and then use the link that generates to do an iframe embed.....omg....my world just got turned upside down and I love everyone today. THANK YOU!!!
As a follow up to this because I have already created the pdf but am thinking if there are updates to the material, would I have to go in make another pdf of the information and recreate the steps again? As reference, I'm using this for a confluence page, because I don't want to import the entire space just certain relevant pages. The iframe was working up until recently, I noticed.
if there are more updates, it may be best to move the content to the guru card directly, or a google doc (then embed the doc) so that the updates are shown as they are made.
ahh thats unfortunate
