We would like to request the ability to add an entire Google Shared Drive as a source in Guru, rather than being limited to selecting individual folders. The current limitation creates significant administrative overhead, as every time a Sales team member creates a new folder, an Admin must manually add it as a source in Guru.
The current workaround would be to create a generic “AI-Guru” folder and consolidate all sales-related folders within it. However, this approach is not ideal, as it disrupts the logical structure of the Shared Drive. Instead of seeing the full “Sales” directory as intended, users would only see the “AI-Guru” folder at the top level, requiring additional navigation to access relevant materials.
