Our users aren't clicking thumbs up for correct answer, despite our efforts to encourage clicking Thumbs Up/Down.  I spend time markings answers “correct” - time I would rather spend on other Guru tasks.

Suggestion have a popup appear (before they leave that screen) asking if the answer was helpful (same thumbs up, thumbs down) but something they have to act on before leaving the screen.

Just adding some thoughts along similar lines.
The user could indicate “helpfulness” with the thumbs (if that’s how your org defines them). But in many of our use cases, the user does not know whether the answer is “correct”.  An expert giving feedback on the response or in the training center would be more meaningful.
Which we have not been able to adequately encourage or force either actions.
