We are continuing to dig into the Guru Analytics to work on understanding usage and utilize it in our coaching approach with our agents.  For us to be able to build a better report for our leaders we would love to be able to see the following:

• The group/s that the individual is associated with (we filter by multiple groups at times so it being noted would be helpful
  • Example - in the announcements_read_rates_by_users drill down download, add a column for what group the individual is a part of 
• In User announcement behavior we would love to see all historical announcements compiled together (similar to what one would see in their own sent section), but visible to all.  
  • Example - In my personal sent announcements I can download the card_view_data and see the breakdown of the users but this would be great to see in the analytics, we would also love to see the sent data as well.  

We are working on rolling up the data and being able to create pivot tables or dashboards to assist our leaders in coaching their agents on usage.
