Hello! 

My teammates and I would LOVE if knowledge triggers be more specific when looking for trigger words.  

Ex: If we need a trigger for the word “Product” it also triggers with “Productivity”. A simple solve for this would be allowing the trigger to JUST search for Product, perhaps by using quotation marks like we do with google searches. 

Being able to tune these up a bit more would be a huge win for our efficiency as a team. Thanks for considering!
