Purpose:  mitigate Alert fatigue

Requested Feature : Knowledge triggers with a time/term/ view limit.

  • For example, a set of knowledge triggers that only apply to first week or first month of onboarding or the first two months of a new product/service launch
  • Knowledge triggers set to show up only the first time (or first few times) a user goes to a page 
  • Ability of user to click inside a knowledge trigger and mark it as viewed so it doesn't show up again like an announcement .
