Hi there and happy Friday!! Was wondering if there is a way we grab historical content of who does/does not read knowledge alerts on a larger scale? I know how to capture this on a per alert level - wondering if it's possible (or could be) to capture this in one report for a group of identified knowledge alerts? I would like to be able to easily identify if any specific individuals needs help finding this information. TY!!
@diana good question! As far as I know, there isn't currently an out of the box way to do this, but I'll check with others to confirm. There also may be a way to do this via our API (cc @mhouston), but again, want to double check. Thanks for raising!

Hi Chris, there is a way to get the same list of knowledge alerts you see under "my tasks" via the API but it only gives you a list of the alerts you have sent.
