We have recently integrated with HubSpot with Guru - it seems to search most things including deals, companies etc, but unfortunately it won’t search emails or notes? I’m not sure if this is a set-up issue or if this is just not part of the standard integration?
It would be really great if it could search emails as this is one of the key parts where information is stored in our CRM.

Hi Cara! At this time, we don’t include emails from CRM sources. Notes are included, but they’re nested within the Opportunity or Account (i.e. they’re not searchable) I’ve updated this to a feature request though, so if anything changes or we need more information we’ll be sure to reach out!
We’re a new Guru user, and I have added Hubspot as a source for Guru to search. I’ve tested it, and it does indeed “read” the notes on a contact and/or company record. My question is, can Guru read a “logged meeting” activity as well? I don’t think it currently does, but can it? Basically, we want to keep all our meeting notes in a “logged meeting” activity (instead of a note). Thank you.
