To improve guru adoption:
When someone needs information, EVERYONE searches google first.
If a user searches google can we also simultaneously search guru with the same search terms
then have guru’s search results sit on top of google’s.
Relevant internal knowledge can show up related to the topic that may need to augment search results from the Internet.
Right now, it’s expected that users search guru, search other apps (google drive, etc.), search google then hit someone up on slack.
A single place to enter search for this information is going to be easier for everyone to use.
