We are looking to reduce shoulder taps by having people use the Ask an Expert feature in Guru rather than asking questions in Slack. In order to manage that transition and encourage new habits we would like to have some metrics available around the use of Ask an Expert, such as:
- Number of questions asked between a certain date range
- Number of questions asked by a group and/or individual
- Number of questions answered by a group and/or individual
- Number of unanswered questions
- Length of time between when a question is asked and when it is answered
There are likely other useful metrics too, but these are our current focus.
